Park Light

First swim since before catching Covid a fortnight ago. We’re both still having the odd day with headaches and sore throats as though the virus keeps reinforcing itself. This was the view from the park on the walk to the pool.

Pleasingly my times weren’t too bad and I felt ok after the mile, despite the lack of exercise over the last two weeks.
