ST MARY'S LIGHTHOUSE

Day one of my ride to support T on his mammoth journey. I joined him at Lynemouth through to Sunderland . . . I even managed to survive staying in the Roker Hotel . . . although I did come out in a red and white rash and T said that I was talking jibberish.
