The optimism of the day before the holidays

Backblip: Ottawacker Jr. has been building up to this day since we told him we were heading to Europe this summer. He has no intention of letting us forget the promises of endless ice cream... we, on the other hand, have no intentions of letting him watch movies on the red-eye. So we start with a stalemate. Dinner in the airport was surprisingly good - if unsurprisingly expensive. Ottawa - Montreal - Paris... here we come.
