Frience lake

We cycled up to Frience for an early morning swim. The water still felt quite cold but it was worth it to see the swallows skimming the water just in front of us. The extra shows some flower designs that had been left on the table there.

An appointment in the valley at lunchtime then a celebratory family meal in a restaurant in the evening.
