Tonight's entertainment - Matthew Herbert's 'Horse' at The Queens Hall, part of the Edinburgh International Festival no less.

I'd seen his 'Pig' several years ago which was pretty fantastic so had high hopes for this one. At first I thought it might just be a  bit *too* esoteric but once it got going it was actually pretty incredible. Favourite part? Possibly the pounding soundtrack that accompanied the woman in the rosette-covered gown being blasted by the wind machine. Wow!
