Double-bill

After a tired day's work, I went into Edinburgh to join A at the Playhouse for "The Rite of Spring" / "Common Ground(s)". The latter was first: a dance piece between two women: it did absolutely nothing for me. "Rite" was quite another matter, as 17 male and 17 female African dancers interpreted Stravinsky's music with terrific flowing energy.

Afterwards, we went to the Edinburgh Street Food area, where we refuelled and bumped into someone we'd met in the Faroes.
