Son, grandchild and friend are due to arrive this afternoon, so the day has been spent in preparation. Space has been made available to unload everything tomorrow and friends should be turning up to help. I have put up the barriers with an official notice from the Maire to reserve parking places. all of this was done before lunch as it is too hot to work in the afternoon. Another heat dome is settling itself over the country for the weekend. I am told that the air-conditioning in the van is not working so I hope they ask for a discount!
