I walked up PenYFan later in the day, and visited The International Welsh Rarebit centre! Who knew there was such a thing?!
Also, DD passed her driving test. First time, and with no minors at all, clever girl.
House news: buyer finally got around to asking for a price reduction, which she’d been angling for for about a week, but I wasn’t going to offer. We agreed on £5k, due to several listed building permissions which are lacking. I’m still £5k up on my asking price, so, happy with that in the end.
