We went to see the wizard

My Father's Day present from Owen was tickets to see The Wizard of Oz outdoor at Shrewsbury castle.
Given the weather over the last couple of weeks I was a bit wary but it was gloriously sunny and we had a picnic packed to enjoy the production in the shade of the trees.
It was possibly a bit long for Owen as he got a bit fidgety after the interval, in spite of the ice cream, but it was a lovely afternoon and much better than the alternative of being at work.
