An early morning exercise class was good and enjoyable.  Home to watch the football.  Well done England and commiserations to Australia.  Now looking forward to the final on Sunday.

Lovely and warm and sunny here today.  Popped over to Holker this afternoon for a wander around the gardens which are looking so good at the moment.  Tea and cake there was very enjoyable, too.
