Windermere

Dentist and hygienist first thing - all ok fortunately.  After lunch a trip to Lakeside for a massage in the spa in the hotel there.  I have been having niggling back pain and hopefully this will help.  

So nice to see clouds in the sky again - the inspiration for this photo.  Spots of rain and quite humid.
