We’ve been to the seaside!

A day of glorious sunshine for us here!

A super visit to Athlehampton this morning, the home where Thomas Hardy worked first as an architect with his father. We just did the gardens and this was perfect. We took Valerie’s wheelchair and with the help of this and her crutches, she’s been her usual brilliant, determined self.

Then onto Weymouth where we joined lots of other happy holiday makers and ate our fish and chips. So much to share in photos of the day so I’ve had to choose just a taster in my extras. We laughed with Valerie at her Sophia Loren impression!!
