Notes: Slept long and all the way thru to 7a. Coffee and stuff around the house. Kathy up late and had a rough day. I was pretty weak from the fasting day and then laid out back in the sun for a short time but that nearly pushed me over the edge. Did kefir early and then made tuna salad on croissants for us. Felt much better after I ate and finally had some TJs black licorice (from the shopping yesterday). Made a 1/2 batch of pesto but only have a temperamental food processor and came out quite chunky - should taste ok. Waited on mobile groomer for Lizzy - was quite late. Jumped on Zoom w/ Jo for a bit. I didn't shower till about 8p or after. Al called for 2nd time while I was on Zoom so missed him again. Quite tired and didn't stay up late. Heard the little pitter-patter of feet around 1a and was Lizzy - she had to go out so we went to the front yard. Was awake for nearly 2 hrs then.
