The cloudage...

...  was mighty this morning as I whizzed off to the post office. Books sent and then on into Bantry for some bank work and more deliveries, I met up with an old friend by chance and we had a coffee and and good catch up  before I continued to Schull, yes , more deliveries.

The clouds lifted and it was a lovely day - a very refreshing swim taken, and more socialising! It's amazing who you meet on a remote beach - an ex-pupil who has just turned 30 and is doing her masters in Bologna, home for a few weeks to escape the Italian heat and do some research.

Tomorrow you will have marked in your diaries of course - the Assumption. I'm off in search of a blessed eel. And yet more deliveries.
