Thé Fisheries

We walked around the lakes this morning an then again this afternoon. The light was beautiful and it was very peaceful with only a handful of fishermen. This will be our last visit here as our family have sold the house and business which is great news but we will all miss coming here.

We had a traditional English breakfast then went to see the new build that they will move in to. It’s still a building site at the moment but it’s a beautiful spot. We also tried out the local pub which is only a five minute walk from the new house. It’s a fabulous old building with lots of character, see extra, and our visit coincided with a classic car meet that is held there every Sunday. There were some amazing cars. Later we had a BBQ and enjoyed sitting outside.
