Baking day

I have spent most of the day baking and sorting out the mezzanine ready for the arrival of belongings from the UK next week. A team of friends is going to help unload the van and they will be rewarded with tea, coffee and cake so today has been a baking day, I already have a Victoria sponge in the freezer and so made sourdough loaves and a coffee tray bake. Mrs TT made an apricot loaf. We should have enough now, so just hope that son-in-law and grandchildren arrive safely with the van.
