Sparkling Water, Frozen Grapes And A Slice

A beautiful, sunny, sparkling morning with that special summery soundtrack that aircraft make when the pressure is high. Summer has returned! :)

Our daughter and granddaughter visited and we sat outside. I gave them sparkling water with frozen grapes and a slice of lemon. I heard about the use of frozen grapes to cool wine on the radio recently.

I read an article last week about putting ice cubes in wine, which has always been frowned upon. Call it vin piscine, literally wine swimming pool, as they do in the south of France and it sounds très chic. :)
