Squirrel baffler

Rather than baffling the squirrels, the baffler is serving as a convenient perch.

You can’t tell from the zoom compression, but the nearest branch is a huge leap for the squirrel - see extras to see how little a problem that is.

I have to admit defeat.

Edit - I have just read that squirrels can jump 9 feet horizontally- 9 feet! The sunflower seeds are doomed.
