The clue's in the name

A morning out on my own to run the Bayston and Lyth hill 10k this morning and you can't say that you're not expecting the hills. I paced it quite well and certainly ran better than the last time I ran this one in 2021.

Once done (and recovered) I joined up with Owen and Louisa at football before a spot of lunch before me and the little dude went over to Blists Hill, just in time for the rain. We didn't let it dampen our spirits though and made the most of it in the play ground. Owen even went on the big swing* that he used to hate but now apparently loves.
