Shopped

Poppy and I had a lovely day in town. We did some shopping and went to Franco Manca for lunch. Back in John Lewis, this lovely assistant asked which one of us worked in the shop (when I presented my discount card) . He seemed disappointed that he hadn’t seen Poppy at work before so I tried to make up for it by suggesting he might know my dad who also works in the basement. He was so thrilled by the news that we are related to this ‘legend’ he took a selfie and sent it to my dad straightaway.
In other news, it’s been raining, Dot still has a poorly tummy, D’s got band practice and Poppy is off to a party.
