Tiny lighthouse and giant hare
We spent a very enjoyable couple of hours exploring the older area of Stonehaven. A local fisherman had produced some beautiful pieces of metal artwork along the shore path, this little lighthouse being one of them. It was less than a metre tall and the detail was quite something, down to the tiny padlock on the door.
We discovered a super seafood bothy at the end of the harbour and treated ourselves to a seafood lunch, crab toastie for Nick, lobster and prawn roll for me. Later we spotted a giant hare eyeing up a couple of folk sitting watching the world go by. (Extra)
