Ironic

Do you think I might eat sushi where I live on the coast of Maine..? No, I come to the land locked state of Wyoming and have my birthday dinner of sushi with my mom just about every year. I'm not very adventurous when it comes to sushi, but I do enjoy it. 
My birthday bbq was so much fun yesterday afternoon. The weather had been threatening but turned out beautifully. About 15 people turned up and we grilled and sat around laughing and catching up. Then I went over to a friends house and sat in a little music session. That was fun too. 
Then I got up really early this morning and drove into town to pick up a friend for an early hike in the mountains. Gosh I love this place. I do feel like I'm burning the candle at both ends, though, and I'm really tired. Tomorrow I'm hanging out at Mom's until the afternoon when about 5 to 10 of us wimin will be going to the Barbie movie, lol... I'm getting swept up in the phenomenon. I haven't been in a theater in probably 10 years!!
The extra is another threatening sky as we drove into town for sushi this evening. Most of the thunderstorms are a ways off but sporadically will drop some rain on us.
