A short hike in the snowies

It's an early blip today. I'm heading into town to meet friends for my birthday BBQ. Woohoo!!! 
But to start the day, Mom and I drove up to the Snowies but not as high as the other day. I stopped at a nice trail head and went for a little hike. Mom went a little way with me then went back to the car to wait until I was done. I was beautiful up there. I was definitely not above treeline today. The Little Laramie river is what is shown in one of the extras.
