Good value

I bought a drill from ALDI last year and have been very pleased with it. Took it out last weekend and found that the battery was depleted. Tried to charge it with no avail. I thought that was that, but ALDI run a 3 year guarantee with their electrical range. So.... I emailed the address and within 10 minutes had a reply saying, send us a picture or scan of the receipt and we will send a new battery.
I did so a new battery is winging its way from Austria as I write this. Good value indeed. Thanks ALDI. This was not an advert for them, but a thank goodness for reputable companies all too often it is the other way round!
