oil from shale

On my walk this evening, took a shot of this oil wagon from the days of shale oil. It put me in mind of Jack the lads entry a few weeks ago. I wonder if the new fracking technique will become popular and West Lothian will become the new oil capital and the peasants will get a cut of the riches? At this point I did look to the sky and the lack of flying pigs gave me the answer I expected!
