This is the only photo I have taken today as we left Brisbane after breakfast and headed South on the Pacific highway to Coffs Harbour where one of Amanda’s Australian uncles has kindly lent us his lovely apartment at Korora. ( we know him well as he has stayed with us 3 times in Scotland)

As we arrived the heavens opened and we had monsoon rain so with the light fading there was no hope of having a look at the beach . This is the view from the bedroom window with the waters edge only 25 metres away. The forecast for tomorrow is better!


After 4 nights here we should be totally chilled out and ready for the drive North to the wedding at Maleny.
