On a Roll

Our house 'guest' for the next few weeks eventually woke up. My experience of hamsters is somewhat outdated, but Caramel was happy to be handled and popped in his exercise ball for a little while.
The slice of apple I gave him had disappeared, as had the small piece of carrot (freshly dug from the allotment!)
He is so cute.
