Debut at Shandwick

As related in her blip, Winsford was able to join the Shandwick Bay Sea Swimmers for our yoga, swim and cake combo today at the beach. There is also video evidence. (2 videos).

The yoga was absolutely wonderful. Actually even better than last time, because it was not so windy and it was a little warmer. It felt truly life enhancing.

I was so relaxed when we got back here that I could easily have hibernated for the rest of the day, but in fact it's great that we also managed a walk around town and then an early evening excursion to Tarbat Ness (see extra for a heather photo that does not involve yet another photo of the lighthouse...) before dinner at the Inver Inn.

We have had really pleasant weather today, so we've been exceptionally lucky, both in relation to wind and rain. Neither have been in evidence.
