Butterfly bush

The buddleja bushes that appeared in our garden are living up to their name today. They were swarming with small tortoiseshells and the odd cabbage white all afternoon.

I met my running group this evening. I still can’t run 5k without a walking break. I want my fitness back, but without the effort that goes into it!
