Saint Mary's
A busy day. Rachel has Wednesday as a not working day so we had a full day with her and the grandkids. First stop was the Mini Climbing Works where both of them zoomed up and down the many different problems, Daniel coping well even with the overhangs.
Next was a very nice lunch at Nandos. After lunch, we made our way to the "Tree House Boardgame Cafe". An interesting concept where for a small fee on top of anything you may eat or drink you have the pick of their library of 800 games. So a very enjoyable afternoon trying various games we hadn't seen before.
When in cities the juxtaposition of old and new architecture. The view down the road from outside the cafe had just such interest. The church dates from the late 15th century with parts being 13th century. The buildings on each side are so new that the satellite shots don't show them.
