The Final Nail

This is what remains of our Peach tree. It expired a couple of years ago now and we had tried and failed to grow a climber up the trunk in both years. So now it's a sawn-off peach and has been replaced by a nice Salix. I've always been interested in tree rings so counted these as best I could - I made it 28. So, from left to right on the nails, Madonna was Stepping Into the Groove, Celine Dion was asking us to Think Twice and the Arctic Monkeys thought You Looked Good on the Dance Floor.
