Maelstrom?

We were due to look after the monsters from 8.30am to 3pm.
We hardly saw them and the SIL got home at 5pm.
We just got home and SWMBO was picked up by Bags and they went over to Inverkeithing to meet a woman and see her set up with a view to Bags getting a new kitten from her (probably in the spring).

I had taken a handful of Cosmo as potential Blips - but the rain on the pond took centre stage.
