More fungi!

Went to a wonderful organ recital at lunchtime today, part of the recital series at St Andrews Minster, put together by our music director, Jonathan Hurdle. The organ was shown off to brilliant effect with some very quiet passages and some using the whole organ which fortunately didn’t crack under the strain! It needs an overhaul which is going to be very costly!

This afternoon I took Flo on the ferry to mount edgecumbe and we had a good long walk ! It was on and off sunny and the wind was sometimes fierce but we soldiered through! This tree trunk hosts very impressive fungi and Flo is there to give a sense of scale! She was quite nervous of getting on the ferry but fortunately is east to pick up and help on!
