Heidi's hearts

The photo is of a cushion made by a lovely volunteer and given to me. They are made by volunteers for breast surgery patients as they offer support around the arm pit and generally help with discomfort.  The organisation is called Heidi's hearts.   I was also given a handmade fabric bag to help me carry my drains in.  Such a lovely and kind thing for people to do.  

I am home already.  Discharged with some pain killers and the district nurse will visit me tomorrow hopefully to check on me and empty the drains. I feel OK, overwhelmed but OK.
