Blurry but fun

I had a nap this afternoon and when I woke up the girls and John had set up a plank of wood on the stairs with loads of cushions and bedding at the bottom and the girls were sliding down it in fits of laughter!  The photo is a still from a video so very blurry but it made me smile.  

I am exhausted.  I spiked a temperature yesterday so had to go to A&E.  My sister took me and we got there at 8pm and got discharged at 3am!  The staff were excellent though and very caring. Once we arrived my temperature was normal again and I started to worry that I had imagined it all and was it just my anxiety making me panic, but after lots of tests, they found I had a urine infection, so after some IV antibiotics I was sent home with a prescription for oral antibiotics. 

The district nurses have been round everyday and the fluid in the drains is reducing so I am hopeful that the surgeon will remove them when I see him on Monday. I am doing my physio exercises three times per day too.  I am a bit fed up if I am honest but I am improving a tiny bit each day so I just need to be patient.   I'm hoping I may feel well enough to do some crafts with the girls and perhaps some sewing tomorrow.
