Evening Sun : Lake of Menteith

The weather 60 years ago for the Queen's coronation was cold, dull and wet. Certainly not that today as it has been a fabulous summer day. A bit of gardening completed followed by a walk in the woods and more Fraser photography.
Took a drive out to the Lake of Menteith in search of an evening blip..too early for sunset.....and came away with one or two. This one seems to me to sum up the stillness of the evening . Oh, and by the way, the midges are out!
