Lovely bed!

For the first time in years I hadn’t booked a cabin for the crossing from Bilbao to Portsmouth.  I slept, reasonably comfortably, on a reclining seat but it was a long day of doing very little - and loads of people watching.  I was almost the last person through passport control but managed to make it to Oxfordshire for 8 pm.  And now I’m luxuriating in a very comfy bed with linen sheets - sheer bliss!
