Axbridge

We picked Judith up and spent the day touring round her area in Somerset. First we went to Axminster. We had lunch in The Old Almshouses, a very old building where we had to climb a staircase to our table up near the old roof. The cake plates in the window caught my eye.
We walked around the town and went into the museum housed in the very old King John’s Hunting Lodge. There are reports of this building being haunted, and apparently dogs are very uneasy there .
N enjoys driving, so afterwards we explored the Somerset coast. I didn’t know there were so many caravans in the world!
The extra shows the museum. Sadly it also shows the date. I must investigate how to get rid of it, it spoils the photo.
