Flight practice

There was quite some commotion at the nest today. Both of the youngsters tried their wings, and there was to my wonder the longest period of time when one of the fledglings was alone in the nest. Both of the parents came and left, and I couldn't possibly stay away from watching. That is my quick lunch or brunch in the Extra.

It won't be long before both of the young ones fly out of the nest, literally in this case when we speak of birds.
