A day at the zoo.

I'm not a great one for zoo's as I usually come away feeling sorry for the confined containment of the animals and although I did have twangs of this feeling Jersey Zoo didn't come across like the big commercial zoo's.

The Flamingo's usually get their colour from eating prawns but I overheard someone saying that captive ones are fed something else that does the colouring?

The Grandchildren enjoyed the day and made it fun with the weather not being too warm for a day strolling about.
