A Prominent Feature

Known locally as the 'Dead Tree' or 'Lightning Tree' it stands adjacent to the main A646 trunk road through Mytholmroyd (between Hebden Bridge and Halifax).    Today, it stood out even more in the bright sunshine with the trees in full leaf behind it.
