Trusted Friends

These cookery books are what I call my 'Go to' books.   Any information I require I know will be somewhere in there.   The Elizabeth Craig book was a present when we were  first married, followed by the Dairy book bought from our local milkman, and the other two encyclopaedias followed soon after.   All battered and well used.   Invaluable and interesting.
