The Howe of Auchterless

It was a gorgeous summer's day today and I had the pleasure of an afternoon drive from Fraserburgh to Insch via New Byth and Auchterless. Nearly 20 degrees, virtually no wind and the heady scent of gorse and rapeseed bursting through the open window. The joy of summer indeed. I couldn't get this out of my head for the rest of the day.
