Raindrops Keep Falling ....

We spotted this gatekeeper butterfly motionless in the light rain on our morning walk and rushed back to the house to get the macro lens. Mishka sat sensibly while I got some shots.

We then made a flying visit to wish my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter a happy holiday. Mishka really loves my son-in-law. I think she remembers the day he looked after her and MrQ soon after she came to live with us.

The willow emerald damselflies were very much in evidence this afternoon. I love them.
