Notes: Dragged out of bed just before 7a and despite not feeling it at all, headed out on the bike. Got 10 mi and was happy w/ that. Went to the pool to cool off but water was warmer than the air (feels like in the low 90s first thing). Watched the CBS Sun Morning Show w/ coffee. Didn't do much during the day except some packing and getting supplements and coffee things into small jars, etc. Watched the Rays off and on - they lost again. Talked to Jo on Zoom ~ 830-1030p.
