Ar Bord

One of the most perfect experiences is dining at Ar Bord.  Where a very gifted couple cook the finest local produce and serve a few tables in their front room.  Art school graduates, the place is decorated with their own work.  One fantastic painting but I loved this extremely clever piece made from Amazon boxes. 

We took Charlotte and had a drink with Athol before we went.  My goodness the cooking and the food was sublime. A starter of crab on the softest chilli pancakes followed by delicious lamb and strawberries with meadowsweet compote.  We brought the wine as it’s BYOB.
