Go the Matildas

Australia is hosting the FIFA women's world cup. Tonight the Matildas played their opening game, against Ireland. They won by one goal, despite the unexpected absence of the legendary Sam Kerr. The Olympic stadium in Sydney was sold out, with more than 75,000 people attending. Our friends P and I had tickets, and they sent the photo. It was fun watching at home but also sharing the live experience with them.
