Healing herbs in Puerto Montt

It's common enough that you see the local people in South America laying out fruit and vegetables on a cloth in the street, but perhaps not quite so common to see the local pharmacy trading in this way. On this rainy day in Puerto Montt I found this little collection of grasses which is perhaps a reminder of what life used to be like -and for a good numebr of people still is - in this part of the world.
