Waxcap

On my early morning walk with the spaniel I came across a field with lots of tiny little orange and yellow fungi which I assume are one of the waxcaps.

After yesterday's housing debacle I needed cheering up today. It came in the form of an email telling me that the rare and beautiful Abutilon 'Red Tiger' is now available. Only a couple of nurseries in the UK have this Abutilon and both have waiting lists to get one. I've been waiting for three years. Hoping to get mine later this week.
