Snail shell with bonus dead critter and eggs

This snail shell is tiny, about 7mm diameter. I could identify the tiny white speck on the leaf as a dead insect or spider only after downloading the photo. I'm not sure if the row of little black things is eggs or scat.

I'd have preferred there to be a living creature in the shell to photograph, but it was not to be. Not much critter life in the garden now.
